Enuwon Website and Newsletter Privacy Notice
Effective date: October 19, 2026
This notice explains what information we collect through enuwon.com and the Enuwon newsletter, and what we do with it. It covers the website and the newsletter only. When the Enuwon app opens for registration, a full Privacy Policy covering the app will replace this notice at this address.
Who we are
Enuwon is a product of Lucent Legacy Enterprises LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we" or "us"). We are responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at support@enuwon.com or by mail at Lucent Legacy Enterprises LLC, 2270 Ogden Ave #1017, Aurora, IL 60504.
What we collect
When you sign up for updates: your email address. The form also asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older before you can submit it; we do not store that confirmation separately. We also keep the date you signed up and whether you confirmed your subscription. Our email provider records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked, so we can tell whether the newsletter is useful.
When you visit the site:
- Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These are used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or similar browser storage, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites. It shows us totals such as page views, the sites that referred visitors, countries, and device types.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or advertising networks. We do not collect any health information through the website or the newsletter.
How we use it
- To send the updates you signed up for, including an email when Enuwon opens for registration.
- To understand, in total, how many people visit the site and which pages they read.
- To run, secure, and fix problems with the site.
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about you.
Legal basis (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
- Newsletter: your consent, which you give when you sign up and confirm by email. You can withdraw it any time by unsubscribing. Withdrawing does not affect emails already sent.
- Server logs and visit counts: our legitimate interest in running a secure website and knowing whether it is being used, using tools that do not identify you or track you across sites.
Giving us your email address is voluntary. Without it we cannot send you the newsletter.
Who processes it for us

Each provider uses the information only to provide its service to us, under its own data processing terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a successor if Enuwon or Lucent Legacy Enterprises LLC is sold or reorganized, in which case this notice continues to apply to it.
International transfers
We and our providers are based in the United States. If you sign up from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and stored in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by the safeguards in each provider's data processing terms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Your email address: for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address only as a record that you unsubscribed, so we do not email you again. If you want that record deleted too, email privacy@enuwon.com and we will delete it.
- Server logs: for the period Netlify keeps them, as set out in Netlify's privacy policy.
- Visit counts: totals only, with nothing that identifies you.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it, at any time.
- Access, correct, or delete your information, or get a copy of it, by emailing privacy@enuwon.com. We respond within one month. To protect you, we confirm requests by replying to the email address on our list.
- EEA, UK, and Switzerland: you also have the right to restrict or object to our use of your information, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
- California and other US states with privacy laws: you have the right to know what we collect, and to correct or delete it. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
The site does not track visitors across other websites, and we do not sell or share personal information. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale and sharing; because we do neither, it does not change how the site works for you.
Children
You must be 18 or older to subscribe, and the signup form asks you to confirm that you are. Enuwon is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has signed up, email privacy@enuwon.com and we will delete their information.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use your email address, we will email subscribers before it takes effect.
